These are the \r\nsame as the current agreement: \r\nSite Supervision and responsible for site Health and safety  \r\n- Manages repairs - WIFI, Signs, EMS solar panels (facilities)  \r\n- Liaise with FSC for Site Clearance  \r\n- Managing of asset installation \u0026 de-installation  \r\n- Supporting innovation and development trials including safety assessments and \r\ncompliance \r\n- Site reporting - usage, Financials and case studies  \r\n- Manages relationship with Security  for visitors and site  \r\n- Manages bookings and requests for the site  \r\n- Set up visitors pass (SEMEITA) and  on-site supervision on the day\r\n Manages the NH booking calendar  \r\n- Management of ID Cards: Activates passes (building passes)  \r\n- Inductions for new pass holders  \r\n- Hosts -  trials, meetings and events, Ad campaigns  (Responsible for H\u0026S on \r\nthe day)  \r\n \r\nContract Management/Governance \r\n- Helps to negotiate contracts and requests with FSC for stakeholders  \r\n- Supporting NH Business Cases as required  \r\n- Supports the future negotiation of the FSC contract lease  \r\n-  \r\nSupervision of 3rd Party Suppliers \r\n- Fire service College (FSC) liaison and stakeholder supervision (NH Estates)  \r\n- Supervision of service providers with FSC - Arcus and the Cleaners - cleaning, \r\nequipment \u0026 safety testing, maintenance \r\n- Supervision of Portakabin lease - managing the relationship and dealing with \r\nrepairs and issues  \r\n \r\nAdministration \r\n- Site reporting - usage, Financials and case studies of testing and trials  \r\n- Financial reporting  \r\n \r\nStakeholder Supervision \r\n- Manages end to end process from  \r\n- enquires from stakeholders for NHDS usage  \r\n- Bookings,  \r\n- H\u0026S during visit/trials/testing  \r\n- Writing up case study of trial/testing",
